This nationally recognized practice offers a comprehensive range of clinical, therapeutic, evaluation, and risk assessment services. Services are provided at their office and in institutional settings, including hospitals and prisons throughout the region. They also provide some services remotely via Zoom. 

Clients and Referrals 

All clients are self-pay. The practice conducts more than 150 forensic/sexual offender evaluations per year and has approximately 300 individuals who are currently in treatment. The majority of clients are adults, although they do treat some adolescents. Most referrals come from attorneys, courts, and probation officers, and they have close working relationships with several top private criminal defense attorneys, as well as attorneys in United States public federal offices. 

Financial overview 

The company has typically had very consistent revenue and profit. In 2023, they obtained a major contract that rapidly increased revenue, reaching $800,000 in 2023 and growing to more than $2.3 million in 2024. Revenue stabilized in 2025 at around $2.1 million with an adjusted EBITDA over $600,000, and they expect similar results in 2026. 

Staff and Exit Plan 

The current staff is expected to stay on under new ownership, which includes an Office Manager and clinical employees. The owner, who currently serves as the Clinical Director, is seeking retirement but is willing to stay on for a year or two post-closing to ensure a smooth transition.
